Hashirama Senju was the founder and the First Hokage of Konohagakure. He was the rival of Madara Uchiha. He was also the older brother of Tobirama Senju and the grandfather of Tsunade. During the last battle against Madara Uchiha during the Fifth Shinobi World War, he and the other previous Hokages were brought back to the world of living by Itachi Uchiha and Nagato.
